ABOUT THE POSITION
Our client operates and develops a data-driven SaaS platform within Marketing Automation, CRM, and Loyalty. The company helps retailers understand and engage their customers through data, insights, and smart tools. Their solutions are used by several well-known brands in retail and e-commerce to create personalized customer experiences.
We are looking for a social and unpretentious person who is driven and enjoys having many different tasks. The role involves being the spider in the web to ensure that the office is well-managed and that daily operations run smoothly. You will work closely with the team and relieve them of practical tasks and administration, contributing to an efficient and pleasant workplace. Your efforts are crucial in creating a positive experience for both colleagues and visitors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the office's common areas look nice and welcoming
- Arrange breakfasts and be responsible for food orders and restocking supplies
- Handle ordering of office supplies and other office administration
- Restock and keep the coffee machine tidy
- Assist with lunches and travel bookings as needed
- Be helpful at the reception and receive deliveries
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is studying at a post-secondary level or has another main occupation of at least 50%
- Has very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Has good experience in service work
- Can work 3-4 mornings a week, approximately from 09:00 to 13:00
It is an advantage if you have
- Very good knowledge of English
- Good ability and experience in handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in a similar role
